The first step is to search for InviteMember in Telegram's global search.
When you open InviteMember, you'll be presented with a list of your projects. Select the project you want to migrate to TGmembership.
From there, select "Telegram bot".
Export your bot's data from InviteMember by clicking on the "Export data (CSV)" button.
You should then receive 3 files: users.csv, payments.csv, subscriptions.csv
