Added support for Bitcoin Lightning Network (without KYC) - instant payments with fees close to zero.
Added option to set a minimum amount that can be paid using Bitcoin (this doesn't affect payments made on the Lightning Network).
Added option for periodic Bitcoin payouts - daily, weekly or instantly, as default.
Added option to create custom commands that are only available to those who have an active membership.
