Now, the AI can dynamically learn from admin responses to customers, continuously improving its knowledge base. Admins have the ability to review and approve or refuse Q&A entries, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Implemented /ai command: Admins in support groups can now use the /ai command to toggle the AI on or off in a specific chat.
